RFQ's - Request For Qualification Statements for Professional Services

On January 9, 2003, the Austin City Council adopted new evaluation criteria to be utilized by the City of Austin for the qualifications-based selection of consultants. In the adopted evaluation criteria a new item was added: Item No. 9 - City of Austin's Experience with Prime Firm. On April 4, 2003, a meeting was held with the consultant community that presented a proposed questionnaire for evaluating this new item on future solicitations. After receiving the consultants' and the M/WBE Council Subcommittee's comments, another meeting took place on June 25, 2003 with the consultant community.
