IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Austin Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) will accept multi-family bond financing applications for consideration of an inducement resolution and filing of an application for private activity volume cap through participation in the 2007 Texas Bond Review Board lottery. The deadline for receipt of complete applications is 4:00 PM Friday, September 21, 2007. Complete applications will be presented during the October 11th AHFC Board of Directors meeting for necessary action prior to the October 20, 2007 Texas Bond Review Board deadline.
