Renters' Rights Assistance Program
The Renters' Rights Assistance Program (RRAP) provides direct counseling and technical assistance to low-income renters on tenant-landlord issues. The RRAP also facilitates mediations to resolve tenant-landlord disputes; provides public education and information through workshops and presentations; and identifies fair housing issues, that may assist in resolving, reducing or minimizing discriminatory housing practices.
