Affordability Impact Statements

Boards and Commissions are required to consider Affordability Impact Statements concerning the impact of a proposed ordinance before submitting recommendations to the City Council. City departments remain responsible for securing Affordability Impact Statements before proposing rules, process changes, or budget recommendations that could impact the price of housing.

The office of Neighborhood Housing and Community Development prepares all Affordability Impact Statements.
