Helen Niesner Receives President's Award

On May 19, 2000, former City Auditor Helen Niesner received The National Association of Local Government Auditors(NALGA) President's Award. This award was presented in recognition of her significant contributions to the local government auditing community as President of NALGA and for her outstanding leadership in developing a long term strategic directive for NALGA.
