Toronto – Austin nonstop via Air Canada to begin May 1 at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport
AUSTIN, TEXAS – Starting May 1, 2008, Air Canada Jazz will begin new service to Austin-Bergstrom International Airport with nonstop flights to Toronto.
Flying nonstop to Toronto—one of North America’s most vibrant financial, high tech, and cultural regions—will save business travelers time and open new tourism opportunities. Poised on Lake Ontario, the easternmost of the Great Lakes, Toronto is also a major transatlantic gateway. The new AUS nonstop flight is timed for convenient connections from the Canadian gateway to London, U.K., and other European cities.
The daily Air Canada Jazz nonstop schedule is as follows, all times local. Flights will depart Austin at 4:15 p.m. and arrive in Toronto at 8:25p.m. Daily flights depart Toronto at 1:20 p.m. and arrive in Austin at 3:40 p.m. All passengers will pre-clear in Canada, negating any special customs effort on the Austin end.
The Toronto-Austin nonstop is flown on a 75-seat Bombardier CRJ-705 Jazz regional aircraft, featuring both Executive and Economy class and personal audio-visual entertainment at every seat. To book flights on Air Canada, call 1-888-247-2262 or visit www.aircanada.com.
