Course Fee:$15 per class; $60/ 5 weeks, to expire in 8 weeks; $100/ 10 weeks, to expire in 13 weeks.
Course Description: The class emphasizes balanced development of stamina, strength and flexibility along with deep relaxation. Safe and comfortable practice of Yoga includes gentle exercises and modifications for different body-types and conditions (back pain, arthritis, anxiety/depression...). "Keys of Life" Piano Instruction

Class Dates: ongoing - sessions begin on the first Tuesday of each month
Course Fee: $100 per month (with additional fee for books and supplies)
Course Description: Keys of Life teaches students the value of music through M.E.L.O.D.I.E.S. - Motivation, Education, Leadership, Opportunity, Discipline, Individuality, Excellence, and Structure. Students meet once a week (Tuesday or Thursday). The program is offered to students ages four and above.
African Drum Class (ages 8-Adult)

Hip Hop - Funk Styles & Popping

Course Fee: $5 per class/$40 per complete session
Course Description:Learn the diverse techniques that comprise the foundations of different styles of popping. Discover unique Northern California innovations
that present robotic, animated, illusionary, and soulful movement. The foundation focus gives students improvisational skills that help retain the dance’s natural, uncompromising,
and vibrant feel. In addition, students learn the history, beliefs, and language of the underground that now spans the globe.
Afro-Caribbean Salsa & Movement
Instructor: Derrick Washington
Class Location: Dance Studio
Class Times: Tuesdays 6:30 -7:45 PM; Classes begin October 7th - December 2nd
Course Fee: $45 per complete session / $7 per class Course Description: Students will achieve an enhanced awareness of their bodies that enable greater movement
and creativity. The strengthened freedom in the music makes salsa fun, exciting, and sensual whether dancing alone or with a partner. Learn elements of rumba and Cuban folkloric as as well as contemporary Caribbean and Afro-Caribbean movements. This enthralling course not only provides innovative, rhythmic technique, but also offers the perfect full-body workout.
