Development Information
 Before an application is accepted for formal review, City Staff conducts a completeness check to ensure the application packet contains the necessary components to complete a review. Employees conducting completeness check will reference information previously conveyed to the applicant. Projects will be evaluated for site visit and presentation eligibility based on a documented set of triggering site characteristics.
