After formal submittal, smaller teams of reviewers will conduct focused reviews by cross-trained disciplines. Review cycle times will continue to meet and exceed code-mandated deadlines while complying with the Land Development Code. Input from DAC, Completeness Check, Applicant Presentations, and Site Visits along with a defined set of review parameters or major components for each discipline will guide the review.
