AFD Response time: from the moment a call is dispatched to the field by Fire Department dispatch to the moment when an AFD unit arrives on the scene.

ICMA Response time: from the time the call is received by Fire Dispatch to the time when an AFD unit arrives on the scene (does not include additional Austin/Travis County EMS call processing time for medical incidents).
