Single Family Subdivision Development Activity

Approved Plats: Subdivisions within the City of Austin or its five-mile extra territorial jurisdiction which were approved by the Austin Planning Commission during the 4th quarter of 1996.

Resubdivisions and amended plats are not included in final plats data.

Lots and acres are calculated for the entire subdivision and therefore may include uses other than Single Family development such as Right of Way or Greenbelts.
