Austin welcomes the National Association of Local Housing Finance Agencies to TownAustin, TX: The City of Austin, the Austin Housing Finance Corporation, the Texas Association of Local Housing Finance Agencies and the Capital Area Housing Finance Corporation welcome more than 450 housing professionals from all over the country this week. The group, in town for the National Association of Local Housing Finance Agencies (NALHFA) annual conference will spend time sharing information and increasing its knowledge on affordable housing finance. The conference provides an environment to gain cutting-edge information and examples of affordable housing financing methods and practices. The National Association of Local Housing Finance Agencies (NALHFA), founded in 1982, is the national association of professionals working to finance affordable housing in the broader community development context at the local level.
