NHCD Información en Español Affordable Housing Forums As follow-up to the Affordable Housing Summit in October 2007, NHCD/AHFC is organizing a series of monthly conversations about affordable housing in Austin. Affordable housing stakeholders, including citizens, neighborhood advocates, developers, property managers and policymakers are invited to attend. Joint Commissions Educational Forum on Austin Trends. This educational forum was held and targeted at commissioners from the Planning Commission, Zoning & Platting Commission, Design Commission, Downtown Commission and Community Development Commission. The forum's intent was to provide information about trends facing the City of Austin and the metropolitan area so that commissions can use this information to direct their 2009 work plans to meet area critical needs.
