The Austin History Center has a meeting room for use by nonprofit organizations. The Reception Room, accommodates 62 people.The room is equipped with large tables and chairs.
Our meeting room policies are generally the same as the standard Austin Public Library Meeting Room Policies, with just a few additional guidelines.
To make reservations for your nonprofit group, call us at (512) 974-7557. Please be advised that reservations for regular monthly meetings for each calendar year can be made beginning on the first weekday of October in the year before. This reservation date applies to groups who would like to renew their monthly reservations, as well as to groups that are new to the History Center.
