Rush service charges for prints over 20"x 24", fiber base paper prints, transparencies, and digitized images increase at the same rate.
Payment is required in advance by cash, check or money order made out to "Austin Public Library." 100% payment is required on all orders. Tax is added where applicable unless proof of tax-exempt status is provided.
Postage and packaging fee totaling $5.00 must be paid at the time of the order. Large orders are subject to additional packaging fees. No mailing fees will be charged if customer’s express carrier account is used.
