Wrapping up a summer of public readings, Austin Flashbacks, will feature storytellers
from Writing Austin's Lives replaying some of their memories of life in Austin over the decades and
excerpts from KLRU's documentary "Austin Remember When." Hosted by KLRU's Tom Spencer.

Mayor for a Day Essay Contest Youth under the age of 19 are invited to write a one
to two page essay about what they would do if they were Mayor for a day. One winner will be selected in
various age categories. More information and guidelines are
available.
