Tales and Tunes that Rattle Your Bones

This October the Austin Public Library will host a number of family fun Halloween parties for kids of all ages. The parties will include; storytelling, games, crafts, treats, and costumes are welcomed. Bring your little ghouls and goblins to one of the below Libraries for a special Halloween trick or treat:

St. John Branch 7500 Blessing Ave., Monday, October 14 at 9:00 a.m. Puppet Show - Canterville Ghost - Random Acts Theater

Southeast Austin Community Branch 5803 Nuckols Crossing Road,Tuesday, October 15 at 3:30 p.m. Puppet Show - Canterville Ghost - Random Acts Theater

Windsor Park Branch 5833 Westminster Drive, Wednesday, October 16 at 10:00 a.m. Puppet Show - Canterville Ghost - Random Acts Theater

In 1887, Oscar Wilde wrote this delightful comedy about an American family who move into a British ancestral home and confront a ghost.

Terrazas Branch 1105 E. Cesar Chavez Street, Thursday, October 24 at 3:30 p.m.

Spicewood Springs Branch 8637 Spicewood Springs Road, Friday, October 25 at 7:00 p.m.

Oak Hill Branch 5125 Convict Hill Road, Wednesday, October 30 at 6:00 p.m.

Faulk Central Library 800 Guadalupe Street, Thursday, October 31 at 7:00 p.m. with Storyteller Kim Lehman
