The Friends will sell a variety of used novels at its Steal Danielle Sale in the patio area outside of the Faulk Central Library, 800 Guadalupe, on Saturday, August 14, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. August 14 is Danielle Steel’s birthday, so the public’s invited to celebrate this well-known and popular author’s "39th" milestone by buying her and many other authors' works for a mere buck apiece. Customers can opt to buy an entire box for $10. (Heads-up: The Friends have generously large boxes.)
