LearningExpress Library is a comprehensive, interactive online learning platform of practice tests and tutorials designed to help students and adult learners succeed on academic and licensing tests. Tests are based on real exams and even timed, so that students will know what to expect when taking the real test.
Academic tests range from math and reading tests for elementary and middle school students to preparation for the SAT, GRE, LSAT, GMAT, and MCAT tests. There are tests for everything in between, too, including high school skills improvement tests and GED tests. Employment test preparation materials are available for civil service jobs, cosmetology, EMS, firefighter, law enforcement, military, nursing and health careers, teaching, and real estate. New immigrants can practice for the citizenship test and for the TOEFL exam. Independent learners can choose from writing, math, and reading skills improvement courses, some with instructions in Spanish.
APL Cardholders can access LearningExpress Library from their home and office computers 24 hours a day. It is available to everyone at all Library locations. After setting up a free LearningExpress Library account students have access to the practice tests. Tests and test results are saved in the personal account.
