Austin City Council Rules and Procedures

The Austin City Council adopted new rules and procedures for conducting Council meetings on Aug. 7, 2003. On July 17, 2003, the Council decided to no longer have Wednesday work sessions. The new Thursday format has meetings beginning at 10 a.m. The City Council meets Thursdays at Austin City Hall, 301 W. Second St.
