Summer Playground Leader
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Activity Specialist:
Plans and implements recreation programs at an assigned site. Must be safety conscious while maintaining an energetic and enthusiastic attitude; and enjoy working with youth.
Hourly Rate Range: $7.75 - $8.75

Recreation Aide:
Assists the Activity Specialist in planning and implementing recreational activities for participants K - 5th Grade.
Hourly Rate:$7.00

Qualifications
Activity Specialist:
18 years of age or older.
High School Diploma or GED.
Recreation experience preferred.
CPR & First Aid Certification.
Reliable Transportation.
Enjoys working with youth

Recreation Aide
16 years of age at time of employment.
Recreation experience preferred, including volunteer work
CPR & First Aid Certification.
Reliable Transportation.
Enjoys working with youth.

To apply, attend one of the following dates to complete an application and participate in the interview process. All applicants must have a valid drivers license and an un-laminated social security card. If you have your CPR/First Aid Certification Cards, bring those as well.

All interviews will be held at the Conley-Guerrero Senior Activity Center located at 808 Nile.
