Common's Ford Ranch: 614 Commons Ford Ranch: An unfurnished large house approximately, 2,500 square feet. The house has a complete kitchen and two patios, one measuring 810 feet, the other measuring 560 square feet, a large covered four car garage is attached to the house with a swimming pool and large grass yard at the rear of the house. The house will hold 50 persons with a maximum of 150 for those using the house and patio area.

Building and Patio: A room, approximately 4,000 square feet with a capacity of 250 inside only, 500 total. Building has 110 plugs about every 12', bands set up in southeast corner of room. Bandstand is 20'X30' enclosed with a lath type wooden roof and low railings, is lighted and has fourteen, 14 - 110 plugs, okay for amplified equipment. Roof overhead is 2'each side. Steps on east side of bandstand. The rear (north) gate is a serve gate and may be used by caterers and band set-up and service and as a general entry for guests. Rentals include use of tables and chairs inside the building, (25) 72" X 30" tables and (106) blue plastic stack chairs. An upright refrigerator is available for use.

West End/Picnic Area: An outdoor fenced in area with sidewalks, excellent for setting up booths, stage area and a grass area. These areas are well lighted and have 110 plugs approximately every 30'. The stage is approximately 30' X 30' with a cement dance area of 75' X 90'. Tables and chairs are available upon request. The area will accommodate between 3,500 and 7,000 people.


Mayfield Cottage: 3801 Old Bull Creek Road (next to Austin Museum of Art)
Historic colorful gardens, towering palm trees, brilliant peacocks, and delicate water lilies lift the spirits of visitors to Mayfield Park. In a historic setting, an 1870's cottage blends with ponds and gardens in a beautiful harmony. The cottage and gardens can be rented for social and business meetings. It is not recommended for theater events, large concerts or events that require temporary installation of hardware and structures within the gardens and cottage. The grounds are open daily to the public. The cottage and the gardens are both wheelchair accessable. Cottage capacity: 65. Maximum attendees for events: 200.

Zilker Clubhouse: 200 Zilker Clubhouse Road (off Rollingwood Drive)
This facility is located west of Zilker Park in the hills with a panoramic view of downtown Austin. The Clubhouse is one large room 55' X 24' and will accomodate groups of 150 people inside. An adjoining patio, 55' X 35' will accomodate an additional 50 people. 6' tables and metal folding chairs are provided. Parking available for only 100 vehicles.
