Hayride Permits
Instructions for requestor:
- Download and print the application.
- Complete the application.
- Fax the completed application to the Special Events Unit at 974-6636
- Permit will be returned to requestor by fax once approved by the Special Events Unit
- The approved permit must be carried by the requestor during the Hayride and presented to any Police Officer upon request.
