What is the Business Solutions Center Online Plan Room?

Where can I obtain a M/WBE Certification Package?
Applications for Certification can be obtained from the Department of Small and Minority Business Resources or the Purchasing Office Vendor Registration.

What services does the City of Austin provide for Small Businesses?
Assist start-up businesses with information and give referrals to service providers for technical assistance and lending.

Does the City of Austin have loan programs for small businesses?
The city offers two loan opportunities for small business owners, the Neighborhood Commercial Management Loan Program and the Creative Industries Loan Guarantee Program. For more information, contact Nicholas Johnson at 512-974-3167.
