Complaint via Email

Before you file a complaint, please be sure that:

  • You have reviewed the Customer Service Standards to make sure that your complaint is in fact covered.
  • You have attempted to remedy the problem with the cable operator before contacting our office.
  • You live inside the Austin city limits.

Be sure to include the following information in your complaint:

  • Your name as it appears on your bill
  • Your complete postal address
  • Your telephone numbers -- daytime and evening
  • A description of the problem
