Complaint via Email
Before you file a complaint, please be sure that:
- You have reviewed the Customer Service Standards
to make sure that your complaint is in fact covered.
- You have attempted to remedy the problem with the cable operator
before contacting our office.
- You live inside the Austin city limits.
Be sure to include the following information in your complaint:
- Your name as it appears on your bill
- Your complete postal address
- Your telephone numbers -- daytime and evening
- A description of the problem
