Austin Water Utility will be constructing water and wastewater lines to connect residents to city services. The project will
progress in phases and will include properties in the Anderson Mill Estates residential subdivision and the Anderson Mill
Oaks addition on the south side of Anderson Mill Road.

Public involvement is a crucial component of the Anderson Mill Water & Wastewater Annexation Project. The project team is
committed to informing you of project activities and schedules, answering questions, and addressing concerns. The program
team also plans to meet with stakeholders at critical junctures. We are interested in meeting and partnering with Homeowners'
Associations in the project area to share information.
PROGRAM HOTLINE
A program hotline has also been established. The Public Involvement Team at Group Solutions RJW will be answering the hotline
during normal business hours (8 am - 5 pm) Monday through Friday. The number is (512) 684-3232. Team members will either answer
questions directly or relay the question to the appropriate person and call you back promptly with a response. If you call after
business hours or on weekends, you may leave a message and your call will be returned on the next business day. A log of all
calls received will be maintained. You may also send your questions to the project team via email by
clicking here. The
program team will be informed of the types of questions asked as well as any concerns raised so that issues may be addressed
in a timely and effective manner. |
