Austin Water Utility will be constructing wastewater lines to connect residents to city services. The project will progress in
phases and will include residential properties in the North Acres subdivision, as well as several multi-family, civic, commercial
and industrial properties. The project area is located between North IH 35 and Dessau Road, just south of E. Braker Lane.
Connecting to city services is optional for property owners, provided that the septic system located on the property is in
working condition.

Public involvement is a crucial component of the North Acres Wastewater Annexation Project. The project team is committed to
informing you of project activities and schedules, answering questions, and addressing concerns. The program team also plans to
meet with stakeholders at critical junctures and is partnering with the North Acres Homeowners Associations to share and disseminate
information on the project.
PROGRAM HOTLINE
A program hotline has also been established. The Public Involvement Team at Group Solutions RJW will be answering the hotline
during normal business hours (8 am - 5 pm) Monday through Friday. The number is (512) 684-3232. Team members will either answer
questions directly or relay the question to the appropriate person and call you back promptly with a response. If you call after
business hours or on weekends, you may leave a message and your call will be returned on the next business day. A log of all calls
received will be maintained. You may also send your questions to the project team via email by

program team will be informed of the types of questions asked as well as any concerns raised so that issues may be addressed
