How to Get There
Barton Creek Greenbelt

Centrally located, the trail follows Barton Creek. It passes hidden ravines and springs, and offers views of interesting geology. Mountain biking, tubing, canoeing, swimming, picnicking, rock climbing, and pets on leash are also allowed. The Barton Creek hotline is 472-1267.
Barton Creek Greenbelt East and Barton Creek Greenbelt West have many access points indicated on maps.
Bull Creek Greenbelt & District Park

These two tracts are connected by trails following Bull Creek east and west of Loop 360 (north of FM 2222). Views include cliffs, creekbanks and uplands as well as historical wagon tracks in limestone ledge. Swimming, tubing, mountain biking, picnicking, pets on leash, and fishing allowed.
Bull Creek Greenbelt can be accessed off of Loop 360. Bull Creek District Park can be accessed off of Lakewood Drive.
Bull Creek Preserve

Bull Creek Preserve can be accessed off of Loop 360. Other access points with less parking exist at Jester Blvd., Aralia Drive, and through St. Edwards Park. Trail Map.
Commons Ford Metropolitan

Hidden tract on the south shore of Lake Austin contains a short but challenging trail into species habitat in a portion of the park. Variety of habitats within park attract many different bird species. Foot traffic only in BCP portion.
Commons Ford Ranch Metropolitan Park can be accessed off of Commons Ford Road and is west of Cuernavaca and north of FM 2244/Bee Caves Road.
Emma Long Metropolitan Park - Turkey Creek Trail

Relatively flat trail winds along Turkey Creek into closed-canopy species habitat before looping up into elevated terrain. Foot traffic only on this trail.
Emma Long Metropolitan Park (Turkey Creek Trail) can be accessed off of City Park Road south of FM 2222 and west of Loop 360.
Mt. Bonnell Park

Steep stairs lead visitors to the cliff-top picnic area with exceptional views of Lake Austin and the Pennybacker Bridge. Picnicking and pets on leash are also allowed.
Mt. Bonnell Park can be accessed off of Mt. Bonnell Road from FM 2222.
St. Edwards Park

Experience varied habitats as trail crosses grasslands and leads up rugged slopes to woodlands, all not far from views of Bull Creek. Mountain biking is allowed in the uplands, which is the BCP portion of the park
St. Edwards Park can be accessed off of Spicewood Springs Road west of Loop 360.
Stillhouse Hollow Preserve

Follow trail through woodland habitat ending at an observation deck overlooking a beautiful canyon with stream below. Paved trail and wooden deck are excellent for mobility-impaired individuals.
Stillhouse Hollow Preserve can be accessed off of Sterling Drive, east of Loop 360, south of Spicewood Springs Road and west of Mesa Drive.
