Please obtain a visitor's pass at the front desk in the lobby before proceeding upstairs. Operating hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (except for City holidays). Metered street parking is available, and there is limited free visitor parking in marked spaces on the top floor of the garage.
