Where does our drinking water come from? Why is water valuable, and how can we
conserve it? Dowser Dan and friends answer these questions in a humorous musical
performance that delights children in 1st through 4th grades. Actors
Evan Kelley and Frank Delvy play a rotating cast of colorful characters who teach students
about the water cycle, water pollution, and water conservation. With an annually-changing
theme, bright costumes and upbeat music, the The Dowser Dan Show has been a hit
for fourteen seasons.
The show is designed for assembly-type performances with multiple grade levels. Shows
are scheduled throughout the school year, and are available free of charge to schools in
the Austin Water Utility service area. For more information, teachers and administrators
may call 974-2495.
