Toilet and washer rebate applications received today must have been installed on or after  Receipts showing delivery or installation date are helpful in determining eligibility for items not installed promptly.

Water Provider
Customers of water districts (MUDs) that receive wholesale water from Austin Water Utility are eligible for most Water Conservation programs and services. NOTE: Only customers in starred (*) districts may participate in the FREE Toilet Replacement Program. The Toilet Rebate Program is open to qualifying customers in all listed districts.

In order to qualify for Water Conservation Programs, customers must receive water from the City of Austin or one of the following water districts, AND meet all other qualifications as outlined in each program's guidelines.
