Water In Our World

Designed for fifth-grade students, the Water in Our World program is a free resource available to teachers in the Austin Water Utility service area. The course includes a teacher's book, student books (in English and Spanish), videos about local water resources and supplies for projects and experiments. The unit is flexible: Chapters may be taught independently or in any order. Teachers using the Water in Our World course are offered a stipend to attend the required one-time teacher training session.
