Posters should be:
- 8 1/2 by 11 inches
- Brightly colored
- In landscape orientation
- And illustrate the dangers of driving into flooded roadways.

The contest is sponsored by the Austin American-Statesman's Inside Line and Community Development Divisions, Texas Floodplain Management Association, the City of Austin and the National Weather Service. It is judged by local meteorologists.
