TASK FORCE SCHEDULE
From April 2007 - December 2007, the Residential Development Regulation Task Force met to evaluate the implementation of Chapter 25-2, Subchapter F, the new Residential Design & Compatibility Standards (the "McMansion Ordinance").
The Task Force conducted its final meeting on December 13, 2007 after considering several issues brought forward by various parties impacted by the new regulations. On February 28, 2008, the Task Force presented the City Council with its recommendations.
TASK FORCE MEMBERS
The Task Force appointed by the City Council is comprised of 10 members. The Council directed them to develop permanent regulations for certain residential uses and to evaluate the implementation of the new regulations.
